B2b Partnership

JOJ Delivery is now partnering with local businesses via our B2B partnership. Grow incremental store sales over time, without changing your everyday operations, by offering delivery to your customers at zero cost to you

Businesses of all sizes can use JOJ Delivery to fulfill local deliveries.  This includes anything that your store or restaurant makes or prepares to order, including- but not limited to; hot food, grocery items, gift baskets, edible or floral arrangements, and dry cleaned garments.

100% FREE TO THE BUSINESS OWNER. 

B2B services include our delivery only and restaurant pick-up service options. The $7 service fee is charged to the customer. Customers have the option to tip the driver in our app or in person if they choose to. There are no commission fees, nor any other additional fees of any kind charged to you or to your customers. 

HOW IT WORKS

The first step is to let your customers know that you now offer delivery. This can be accomplished via a social media post, mentioning it when taking phone orders, displaying a notice at your location, etc.

To proceed, download our "Dumpling" app or bookmark our web ordering link. As an alternative to our mobile app, orders can be submitted via our web ordering platform using your business laptop, tablet, or desktop computer.

 

The decision is entirely up to you whether you want to personally download our app (1) or have your customers download it (2) for placing delivery orders.

  1.  The business owner/representative can download our “Dumpling” app (or use our web ordering link) to place orders for delivery to your customers.  When accepting delivery orders, you would include the $7 delivery fee in the customers order total. That fee will be passed on to JOJ Delivery once you or your employees place the order for delivery in our app. 

  2. Advise your customers to download our “Dumpling” app. They can utilize our “delivery only” or “restaurant pick-up” service options to have their pick-up orders delivered from your establishment. 

You or your customer would then make sure the time slot is available for when the order(s) are ready for pick up. Once the order is submitted, JOJ Delivery will collect it from your location and deliver it to your customer within the selected time frame.

Businesses with high volume find Option 1 to be a more convenient choice as it enables them to seamlessly include the delivery fee in the order total; without mentioning a third party. This eliminates the necessity for customers to download an app or go through any extra steps.


This option is especially beneficial if you have multiple deliveries within the same timeframe. Instead of submitting each service order separately, you can place a single service order during the appropriate time slot and indicate the number of individual deliveries. It is important to remember that there is a $7 delivery fee per customer when using this method. The total amount owed to JOJ Delivery will be calculated by multiplying the number of individual deliveries by $7.

 

Please inform customers, in your own words, that if they wish to do so, they should consider tipping the driver; as they will not be using the JOJ Delivery app themselves. You can add in-app tips on their behalf if they choose to go that route. While tipping is not obligatory, it is always appreciated.


To ensure smooth delivery operations, it is crucial to have the app accessible when accepting delivery orders. In the event that the time slot is already booked or unavailable, and you have a single delivery that needs to be completed, you are welcome to reach out to us directly through the text icon in our app. We will check if any arrangements can be made. For multiple deliveries, please ensure that there is an available time block to accommodate them. We appreciate your cooperation.


Option 2 offers you a convenient hands-free solution. Customers can continue placing their orders with you as they normally would, and then use our app or web ordering platform to place an order for delivery to their desired location. 


Once the service order has been submitted by you or your customer, the ready for pick up orders should be labeled with the customer's name, delivery address, and phone number.  JOJ Delivery will promptly collect and deliver the order(s) to the designated location. Personalized written messages for gift orders are available upon request. 😊

How we protect your data and merchandise

The security of you and your customers personal information, payment data, and order contents is guaranteed.  When placing a service order, you enter your payment details directly into the Dumpling app. This information is securely stored and processed via Stripe. This means that neither your personal shopper/delivery driver nor the Dumpling team have access to your card information.


 For B2B “delivery only” and “restaurant pick-up” service orders, the merchandise is insured for up to $100. Any loss or damage to the items during delivery is covered under this limit. For instance, if your personal shopper/delivery driver accidentally drops your customer's eggs or sandwich, you or your customer will receive compensation for the value of the damaged product, up to $100. Time and location stamped photos will be taken throughout the delivery process. Please note that JOJ Delivery is not responsible for verifying order accuracy. Double-check that all items your customer ordered are in their bag(s). 

Prohibited items and limitations

Please see our full list of prohibited items here. This includes items exceeding 4 ft in length, items weighing over 50 lbs, and items containing alcohol. Please note that alcohol delivery is currently unavailable as we are still in the process of obtaining the required permit. We will notify any active bar or restaurant that serves alcohol when alcohol delivery becomes available. Anything outside of this list can be delivered to your customers at zero cost to you. 


Additionally, the delivery address of your customers must be within a 7-mile radius of your establishment.

Please be aware that JOJ Delivery is closed only on Saturdays. We are open from Sunday to Friday, from 6am until 9pm.
